Refund policy

We want Scala to earn its place. If it doesn't, you can get your money back.

14-day refunds

If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment, including the $1 trial and your first full payment, and we will refund that payment in full. Email hello@getscala.co from your account's email address, or reply to your receipt.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't refund partial periods after 14 days, except where the law requires it.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, so refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle. They usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
